We are not speculators and invariably properties are acquired on a conditional basis, usually requiring planning approval, prior to the completion of land purchase contracts.

Dependant on circumstances a range of other potential conditions may be needed, tailoring any acquisition to the proposed occupier's specific needs. We will recognise introductions from non-retained agents that lead to acquisition and development.
